      Nito's Meditation workbook!

Ok so yeah im Nito... Probably seen me about the forum before.

I recently took a week long break from lucid dreaming as i was having difficulty becoming lucid and this was because i generally think too much about.... EVERYTHING!
It stops me sleeping at times.
Meditation for me is going to be a way for me to be able to break away from myself for a while and just gain some inner peace and also to help me sleep better. Thirdly i think of it as a way of getting relaxed to help my lucid dreaming.

Simply because you can breathe, doesn't mean your alive, or that you really live....

I went out to Forrest fields today.... Just an open public park basically.... I went there to sit in the sun, and have a joint. After i smoked my joint i remembered i wanted to try some meditation, i sat in the sun closed my eyes and emptied my mind.

Before i knew it i'd spent 20 mins just sat there. It was a deeply relaxing and yet thrilling experience at the same time. Considering how much stress i've been going through recently, i entered the field in a bit of a mood and i left so happy.

I know you said make it a maximum of 30mins a day for us n00bs so ima save 10 mins before bed =].

That sounds like it was great! Although this has nothing to do with meditation, I wouldn't recommend sitting in a public place with your eyes closed in the UK. Someone might mug you, haha. Keep up the good work
