Hello there, I'm Skarr. Here is my Meditation Workbook.
Here I am messing around with meditating. I've been meditating for a couple of days now. Suddenly I've been getting some good progress down. I've been more calmer, more relaxed, and more confident every time I meditate. If I'm in a bad mood or feeling down I meditate and feel better. I've started using ShockWave's Focal Meditation tutorial. One night and did exactly as he said. I had a pencil. I placed it on the floor with the lights on. I was focusing on the pencil and concentrating on it. When I was doing so I noticed I saw something odd about the pencil. I saw allot of weird waves moving around it. I kept on getting deeper into the meditation progress and after I was done I realized WOAH. Also void meditation is useful if your into that sort of thing.
I felt really focused after I did that. I find focal meditation to be really helpful for those who need it. It's a really exciting experience. What do I think about meditation? Meditation is good for relieving stress and calming down your mind and clearing your thoughts. If your having a bad day, or feeling down and depressed. Go and meditate.
