Meditation and What it means to me.
Well, I just recently began meditating. I realize this question is probably the most simple of all questions relating to the subject. But it has also been the biggest question that's been bothering me regarding it. I have been trying a form of meditation using chakras, but I feel like it may not be for me... simply because I'm not sure if I can buy into the whole concept of chakras. I'm interested in the chakra area of meditation because a friend of mine has been able to see through his third eye. or...into the fourth dimension. I definately believe his account of what happened. But if I'm not invested completely into an idea, then it's not going to work.
So. For now, meditation is a way to focus my brain, familiarize myself with good emotions, relax, and I believe, a form of self-hypnosis.
