    Sure, you can definitely sleep on your stomach. I have gotten into SP sleeping on my stomach plenty of times before. I think most people simply don't sleep on their stomach very often...might explain...

    Not as experienced as yoshi, but I think its because of the suffocation, which was because of your bladder. You had to pee, and instead of pissing yourself in your bed, your brain made you suffocate...

    Ah, yeah I use the darkness as an anchor, but there are many others you can try. I just usually suggest it because it is simple and doesn't require a lot of concentration. Everyone's mind works...
