How is the book going? I'm trying to read it too in between a hectic lifestyle. I've attempted the images, phantom wiggling, and listening in....phantom wiggling, I feel like I'm not doing something right, and the whole aspect of "separation", I don't know what exactly that entails, but I'm always thinking "my body is just gonna move and mess it all up!".... hope you are having better luck than me
