I've had about 10 lucids and they all were dild one was from a fa just after a dild but latly I've been practicing a mix of mild from dr. Stephen laberges book and wild from a few diff. Tecs from dv. I hope to hear from u soon I would like to follow ur progress! Just remember its all about dream recall in the beginning not about trying to lucid! Sorry if u already knew that just throwing a quick tip. I def. still need to focus on my recall it hasn't been good latly. TTY soon
Hey!... i've seen some of your posts, what tech. do you use to get lucid? I use DEILD (only had 1 though Dx)
