Well lately iv been using WILD and DILD simultaneously, like this: (Im not going to add all the details) To sleep between 22.00-22.30pm Set alarm to go off at 3.00-4.00am so ill be near the R.E.M cycle after 5 hours, then if I try WILD i dont motivate my self like if I would do WBTB i would listen to music (my choice, nothing like "oooh speacial relaxation lucid dreaming music" nothing like that). I probably just visit restroom and head back to bed. Then if ill have WILD then I have, if not, then ill have good change for DILD , because iv been concentrating on lucididy for a while. Thats it.
I know all about it, maybe once your older you can set up a group or something, I don't know how it is in finland but generally here in Ireland there are quite a few people willing to learn lucid dreaming. You seem pretty good at lucid dreaming, you started only half a year ago and you already have more than 60 lucids, that's awesome. Whats you favourite technique?
Hehe thanks Im just happy there is a site where i can share all my experiences and ideas about my hobby. My friends and family wont listen to me or they just ignore me when i try to tell them about my journeys and stuff about LDs.
