    1. Hi Kichu, I don't have any special tips for you. Just keep trying with the recall of dreams every night, sometimes until your head hurts, and during the day train your mindfulness - being present in every moment. That will do.
    2. Hi Kichu, I'm glad you appreciate my DJ I also think it's a bit nuts. It's just so much info, I've been having trouble keeping my DJ updated. I have notebooks and notebooks filled with my notes and I just realised I can't keep typing everything. I will start to type only the most interesting nights.
      I don't know exactly what tips I can give you. I do what everybody else does - try to fall alseep wishing to have lucids and a good recall and now my brain is trained to wake up several times at night, after dreams, so I can write them down. My boyfriend suffers that I wake up so many times at night, but that's the main secret. When I don't wake up at all, I can't recall so many dreams in the morning, just the latest 2 or 3. Meditating 2-3 hours a day and cultivating awareness and mindfulness all minutes of the day also helps remembering dreams in detail.
    3. Good god, just scanning through your DJ, and MAN your dream recall is NUTS!! And so detailed!! I'm sooooo jealous.
