First to Dream

My goal is to build it up, with overall constant awareness in mind. I guess more so than just lucid dreaming I wanna see how far I can stretch my awareness and what effects it has on my body.

Boy 250 lucids is alot, but doable. BrandonBoss actually aims even higher than that I think. No reason you shouldn't be able if you put in the time and effort, just don't let it get to your head. I notice that I can get lucid pretty quickly but I always lose it again after a week of exams etc etc. Starting from the ground up just isn't viable anymore, hence why I'm taking it slow but steady for once.

Hey man good to see you around again, it's been a while. I'm good, had a lucid dreaming dry spell (ot lazy) but slowly I'm building it up again. I aqctually started actively posting about a month ago myself after having been away for a few months.
How have you been? Still lucid dreaming?

Thanks for recommending that book 'Dreaming Yourself Awake'. It arrived the other day, and it's a pretty good read
