    7. That's interesting, I usually don't think about food until I'm hungry. Maybe I should try to figure out when I'm going to be instead and work on doing it like that. Thanks for the tips! I'm going to run a bath and take my glass of wine with me. :3 I'll be back in a little while!
    8. Maybe I should go for that, too. Sometimes I think about just going really intense with it, but I know I have to be careful about eating less. I'll go overboard with it if I let myself. >_> I love salads but only with a good amount of dressing, which is only 1 point so it's not too bad. I almost never eat breakfast actually, just lunch and dinner. Is it actually more helpful to do it a different way? I've heard that having certain foods for breakfast not long after waking up it boosts your metabolism.
    9. Thanks! That's great! More than I've lost so far. I haven't been exercising really though, I should definitely start. Well, I've just been trying to eat light things, like a PB&J and an ounce of potato chips for lunch, or a grilled cheese sandwich and chicken noodle soup for dinner tonight. I'm also trying to eat salad more, and I'm still eating a ton of fruit. My appetite is definitely dropping a lot! I've totally stopped random snacking and drinking soda at home. I'd really like to get started on another good diet that actually uses specific types of food too though, double up my efforts. What have you been eating?
    10. Sounds cool! I'll have to check it out. (And I'll remember that name. ) When does it come on? I saw the first episode of that show Awake, it was pretty interesting. I haven't been doing much lately, except trying to hang out with people more and talking to people a lot on the forum. My car was in the shop the last couple days, so I was pretty much stuck at home. I just opened a new bottle of cabernet! So I'll be having my glass soon. I'm trying to have 10 points left with Weight Watchers every day to speed up my progress, and I've got 14 left today and 4 oz of wine is 4 points, so I'm going to have to savor this glass.
