      funny, I just had the "where to start" page open, where your post says welcome to the site, biggest and most friendly site...I was thinking about the discription of "friendly", then noticed the notification of your message saying welcome back. Nice :-) Reality check...I'm awake...nice:-)
      Tho I'm distracting myself now from my task which is a litritiure review of parrells between lucid dreaming and mindfulness practice. I'll post it in the forum when done
