      In my opinion, normal dreams are delusions because you think it's real. Lucid dreams are not because you know it's just a dream.

      I've never felt any strong emotions in my lucid dreams before. I don't remember having strong emotions in non-lucid dreams except for nightmares.

      Autumn, when it's starting to cool down. As for the time, I like the afternoon when the sun is setting and the light turns orange. I also like the smell of the air at night.

      I draw a mindmap showing the events and anything else that I think is important to record. I find that it's easier for me to record my dreams that way and it's quicker because I'm summerizing.
