I would like to see the same chart among active dreamers. Is this inevitable? Or can it be resisted through willpower and practice?

Marijuana doesn't kill people - prohibition does. "It's not a war on drugs - it's a war against our personal freedoms" Interestingly, this happens to be the song I'm listening to right now...

There is absolutely no proof that DMT is released when you dream! None! It's all speculation! We have no idea why we have DMT in our brains! It's also speculated that it's released at birth/death....

I was texting this chicka earlier today. In bed cause I had just got done stretching and eating so everything was comfortable. I sent her something like "Hey foxy lady. What are you up to?" My bedroom looked relatively normal and the sun was still bright casting lines a crossed the walls in my room. Then my phone made the sound like it was vibrating and remained motionless in my hand. Confused I checked the response and it was "Smoking and watching Doctor Who." A typical answer but I decided to RC.
The lines from my windows shadow on the wall started to dance and bend in to crazy shapes. The bedroom was changing rapidly in subtle ways. I woke up in my bed under a warm cocoon of clean blankets. I must have drifted off to sleep and never sent any texts. Crazy experience. I will try to tell myself to remember harder if I decide to tale a day time nap again. How bizarre the experience was I figure lucid dreams would be awesome.
The rest of today and tomorrow morning will be full of Reality Checks.
I might make a habit of typing in here frequently. Either way welcome to my journal, I hope you have amazing dreams.
