The death toll for the shootings got revised downwards quite a bit.

I'm somewhat glad that the media exposed themselves once again as the bias fear mongers that they are. This will hopefully have the opposite effect to the intentions of the shooter.

Scandinavian media coverage has been amazingly sober and down to earth. Everywhere else in the world? Not so much.

It's really embarrassing to watch some of those earlier CNN reports... oh the irony.

The ABC here were going on about how "the sun" were retarded because they had "Norway's 9/11" as their front cover.
The entire time, the ABC's titles on everything were "Twin attacks in Norway".
Like that wasn't a purposeful reference as well lol

Never thought something like this would happen in a Scandinavian country though.

Seriously tho, I don't think 'twin attacks' was a conscious reference. I'd say it's a terse way of conveying the information, typical of journalism.

Of course, there was one hell of a lot of far more overt bias.
