      Question Reacurring aggression in dreams

      hello,

Almost all non lucid dreamīs that i recall are about me beating somebody with my fists. I have like at least 2 or 3 dream like that each week. I am wondering wat it could mean. the reasonīs i do do these things are usually really small. also when my "opponent" is unable to fight back or stand up i just continue till i wake up. wat could this mean?

Dreams are a harmless way to act out aggression. Kind of like video games. To what extent is this affecting your waking life?

I pick up a half-eaten copy of a book by Neil Gaiman, and decide this is all his fault.

Well, not so much. I believe that if my mind be heave's like that its best for me. I was just wondering if it had any special meaning.

Okay. Well, like the other Sam said, it's probably just stress. Dreams don't always have a special "meaning", but it can be useful to track where they're coming from.
