      Nightmare

      I had a very vivid nightmare a few nights back.
      It was of me, and only of me. I was hurting myself.
      Stabbing into my legs, cutting up my arms.
      I don't do self-harm, but I have been having a lot of stress lately with my significant other, and I've also recently been prescribed Zoloft for Anxiety and mild Depression.
      I wonder if anyone else has had dreams like this..

      I am almost certain your having dark dreams like that because of the zoloft. it is very common to have extremely brutal dreams while on it.

      talk to sub conscience
      gain more control in dreams
      begin building in a dream
