Reocurring charachter dream plz help

Hi my name is tabby..i am 44 and i have struggled with this reocurring charachter dream since i was a lil girl.. I call the charachter "evil it" because it feels evil..its a he in my dream and just a terrifying thing.. i never see him i just "feel" him.. like i said he has always come to me in my dreams since i was very lil..he would always do harmful things to me ..mean things..disturbing things..always out to hurt me or something...i learned as i got older how to soon as i feel "it" to scream myself awake but in the last 3 years it has gotten to where if i scream myself awake if i fall back asleep to soon hes right there...sometimes it has seemed as if it was so real...the evil it dreams happen soon as i fall asleep like within first 15 minutes of sleep...example of how real it seems..my husband would rub my hair lightly to help me fall asleep.. he would fall asleep to as he was doing so but i would feel his thumb stop then start again..i thought i was awake at first..i felt his thumb stop then start again but then there was that feeling of evil it and it was laughing at me ( a month before that i had thought evil it was going to finally leave me alone) as to say im backk..then i realized i was dreaming and screamed to wake myself up..i have tried to face "it" i have tried to ignore "it" wich was absolutley horrid cause that just made "it" mad and would scare me trying to get into my daughter in my dream... i lost a dear friend to sucicide a few years ago and not long after that i was having the "evil it" dreams almost every night..it got to where there for a while i was afraid to fall asleep....its been a lil while since i have had the evil it dream but i know its coming ..it never stays gone for long... i know this sounds all to crazy but for me its very real...and i am looking for some kind of answer and some help please...im 44 and i am just tired...i dont wanna be afraid to go to sleep anymore...i have tried thinking of better things before i sleep..i have tried all sorts of postive meditation and all that...but it just never seems to stop for good... so any and all help advise and so on would be highly appreciated... i did use to think maybe it was something i was repressing..i did have a horrid childhood full of abuse...but if so would it just not have come out by now??? i mean i am older now? i dont know ..im just exhausted anymore of trying to figure out what the heck and why and when will it stop..again thank you in advance... if this dream is becoming a regular part of your life and is affecting you in reality physically then its not just in your dreams. something is very seriouse here. my only advice. seek help from a paranormal expert. they not only have experience in clearing these things in reality but now all about ghosts affecting the dream life. they will really help you out. no matter how crazy you may feel. these people can help you out. otherwise, u need to face this evil monster yourself. no matter how terrifying. sleep during the day. and have the tv on. be in a place you feel comfortable in, with maybe your household pet, and your husband in the kitchen. dont be alone in reality. and go to sleep feeling confident. think as if you have a guardian by your side that is 3x the size of you and nothing will get past him. all you have to do is simply talk to this evil it. dont stop until something has come out of it. if this doesnt work. revert to the paranormal experts.
