Help reocurring Dream character/Strange Presence!?!?!

I had a strange realization in a dream that jogged my memory . The dream was posted originally as "1st Entry" in part I jumped perspectives into another person(a girl whom I knew from7th through 1st year o Junior college) who was in the dream. Normally this wouldn't strike me as odd. I mean dreams can be weird but this girl who I knew in real life often is in dreams and almost always in my nightmares.

I did like her in high school but wasn't nearly as big as others i had.

One example is a nightmare in which several people I know, myself and this girl were in a scary building. A few friends had guns and were preoccupied with fighting these monsters. I saw her in a situation where she was about to get killed by some kind of monster. I was unable to help her I had no way to save her. (I had motor control in this nightmare. It wasn't a fixed nightmare where one has no choice.)

Seeing her suddenly about to die my "spirit"( for lack of better word) jumped from my body to hers. I jumped her out of dangers way and was able to flee long enough for it to be safe. As soon as she is safe i snap back to my own perspective.

A different aspect; she is not always a character in the dream(some one I can see). In night mares I can always sense her. I don't know how to explain it but I just know. Like a presence.

Her character or presence almost in 90 of my nightmares.
Not as often in good dreams but has been a good chunk o times.

In one nightmare I had her presence guided me like she was speaking to me telling me how to stay safe. I can't literally hear words but I understand somehow. Also immediately after when I am no longer in danger I can't recall what I was "told" by her.
In nightmares in which i have failed or she is hurt i wake up in sleep paralysis.

I have a vague memory of feeling this presence in NM from my younger years. Before ever meeting this girl.

I don't understand it?

I'm happily married and 100 faithful to my wife and haven't had a conscious thought about this girl for... hell idk!

I have been told to ask her in my dreams if i can as to what she means or represents to me.
Would asking her change the relationship that exists?
It seems important not something i wanna lose.
I say this because whatever she "is" seems to act as an anchor that allows me to not wake up and turn a NM into a good dream?
Dream Guide? Maybe
I think its more than that!
Opinions would be wonderful as i am not a good LDer YET!!!

Try confronting her in your next lucid, be confident, you can do it!
Just ask her why, if things get rough, kill her!
If you need anything else, or tips to become lucid just ask

The last thing I want is to kill this girl/whatever she represents.
I can't explain how but I am sure its a positive thing

Then perhaps your best choice is to get lucid and ask her what she wants

This might be jumping to conclusion, but I think she can be your dream guide. i know people are gonna start talking about how they are just fake but I think DG are a different entity altogether. If she is your dream guide she might not think your "ready" to confront her full on i guess. why she looks like a high-school crush, probably to make it more easier on you. maybe to bring back the feeling you had with the highschool crush into your dream or some crap. lol

sounds like you sub coiscious has some unfinsihed buisness with her. hey maybe you miss her (as a friend). or try thinking about anything that maybe she would represent as in like maybe an expiernce you had with her that had an impact on your life? idk pretty confusing anyways, just putting my input.

haha "YET!" hah tell me when you find out, kinda interesting. But like are there any expereinces worth remembering that would bring light to the representation of her?

Will let you know WHEN for sure.
I cant think of any.
We sat next to one another and always helped each other out in class.
Went to her house only once and never hung out together out side o class.
The whole my "spirit" projecting into her body to save her from danger thing and her presence guiding me out o danger.
All kinda strange

If you keep having lucids then eventually you will find her. Just remember that you have to confront her.
And... well, what's the big deal if she never appears again?

When I confront her I will ask her these things.
Why do you appear as a girl I once liked?
Are you a part of me, my sub concious?
Why do you help me in my nightmares and me bound to save you when you are in danger?
You are a female, what does this mean about my subconcious; is it you who causes me to dream as a girl?
