    Thread: recurring dream since i was young

      recurring dream since i was young

      ever since i saw the movie halloween with michael myers as the main character, the man who wore the white mask and carried around a butcher knife to kill people, i have had recurring dreams of him being in my house and stabbing me.
      in my dream i can feel the pain of the stab
      its always scary because i can feel him coming closer and I anticipate the pain
      these dreams are never lucid just nightmares that come and go
      I was surprised bcuz i havent had one in what seems like a year or more but all of a sudden last night I had one

      what could be bringing these dreams on?

      Could be your expectation of seeing him that brings him to you in your dreams. Try to not think of him at all or if you do think of him, think of him doing something weird like doing push-ups, moon-walking, or seeing him getting beat up by your best friend.
