Strange Recurring dream for last month

Hi, I'm Frankie and I'm 16, For the last month I have been having these strange dreams which sometimes are more like nightmares. In these dreams I'm looking I'm from 3rd person perspective and I am faceless, no one else seems to notice and in the dreams people I know are trying to get me to come with them but I can't move. I usually wake up 4-6 times a night by different things that happen in the dreams but it's usually because of screaming... These dreams are really freaking me out and I am afraid to sleep because of the people trying to get me to come with them.

I would say that the reason you're dreaming about that nightmare is because you're expecting it to come every time you sleep. Just Don't think about it alot and eventually it will go away. If you cannot move in the dream, Give a reason why you can't move. Say like "I can't move because there is an invisible wall blocking me". And then you can just move the wall over and move.
