      How can I induce a nightmare

      This may sound quite odd but many of my dreams are actually really boring, and since that I have only had 1 (if it even counts) semi-lucid dream. 9 times out of 10 I would have quite boring dreams doing daily activites like I'm doing stuff around school and home. I think that if I can induce a nightmare it may make LDing a bit more easier for me as the horrors of a nightmare will stand out and I will be able to turn lucid.

      So is there a possibility that I could induce a nightmare to become lucid? Thanks

      Pshhhh, easy, watch a scary movie. Along with that, you're going to have to get exposed to various scary elements in your waking life to give your subconscious some juicy ideas .
