Wake yourself up with an alarm sometime during the night when its still dark.

You will be all drowsy and it will be really easy to get yourself scared.

You'll probably end up finding yourself stuck in sleep paralysis a few times as well.

The question is, however, do you want fear to be the fuel behind your lucid dreams?

Lol... Nice! The ultimate scary movie! Only limited by your imagination!

I was trying this for a while too, but waking up in the middle of the night didn't make me scared... I live on a big street, and the street lamps put enough light on the house, that it is really never completely dark... Any other suggestions?
      Bollocks.

It's easy to induce a nightmare. Just eat lots of pizza, sugary candy and pop. Screw up your body as much as possible before you go to bed for maximum effect.

Last night I ate some pizza and had some violent, scary dreams.

I'm sleeping on a couch atm (bed has yet to arrive/negative aspect of moving) and whenever I'm listening to music, I'm afraid for some unknown reason that there's a Mr. Blik like creature that's gonna jump right at my face and take a bite out of my face. That thought just scares the s*** outta me!

      woooh!
      now you try
