No the first time it happened i had no idea what it was, i just thought it was some weird painless headache and just tried to ignore it and go to sleep which was pretty easy as its very noticable but didnt stop me from sleeping. That night a had a nigtmare, thought nothing of it and didnt have the throbbing or a nightmare the next day. The next day i got it again, still didnt think anything of it, had nightmare. I still didnt really see any connect until it happended around three more times. That's when it was like a consious dream sign for me, that i was going to have a nightmare that night. I did a little preparation sometimes when i had it, i didnt know it was called Lucidity trhen but i tried to focus before going to sleep on either having a good dream or making sure i realise its a ightmare when it starts so i can try to make more thought out decision on how i hide from the monster or i just dont open any scary doors.

After a while i did work out a method. As soon as the dream started a curled into a ball and closed my eyes, sometimes i could feel the breath of the monster standing right infront of e, but it wasnt looking at it so it was just waiting, after around 10 seconds the dream would just end. Another dream, infact the last time i had any monster/ zombie or any bad creature related dream i turned around to the monster( it was a very classic red demon, which i had never dreamt about anything really along those lines before0 and said to it that this isnt my house, i was asleep in my bed, this isn't happening and so you don't exist...

It stood there for like 3 seconds staring at me and then screamed very loudly and kind of exploded into water, then the dream ended. Since that time i have never dreamt about monsters.
