-Have you ever stopped to realize that maybe you are just one person in this world?
One particular person who is different in many ways yet may share similar attributes? Then yes, I have.

-Do you think that sometimes you feel like everyone around you is a complete detailed expressed projection
No never.

-Something that was put there in the exact moment,place,time,hour,minute, like it was destined to happen, ect
Yea all the time. Even with dealing with psychology. When someone you are talking to, do you ever notice how a car, or someone walks in at just the right time to let you know when someone is telling you a lie? Well, if it works like that for psychology why not fate? Seems like it could be broken down mathematically to figure out the future, if I were all knowing that is lol.

-Do you think that maybe you are the only unique person in the whole universe
Sometimes I feel I have something in me that no one else has (then again it could just be pride in myself giving me a big head)

-What makes us have perfectly vivid conscious?
Mostly the occipital lobe for sight, seeing is believing and consciousness along with reality is all that you perceive, but other than that no one part of the brain is responsible for consciousness.

-To See, Hear, Smell, Feel, and Think, etc
Sight(Occipital Lobe) Hear(Temporal Lobe) Smell(Olfactory Bulb under the Frontal Lobe) Feel(Parietal Lobe) Think(I guess I would have to say the Frontal Lobe)

-Where do we get our thoughts from
I say our personality plays a role in what we think about, especially if someone is neurotic. But the Frontal Lobe determines our concluding thoughts.

-The universe? Things, objects or people we have seen in the past, present & future, ect
I like psychology not Astronomy . And things in the past has to do with our hippocampus (Responsible for memory.)

-Are dreams visits to bizarre parallel worlds?
I think that some dreams are just in our heads, but the ones where we can actually feel is not a normal dream are different from different planes.

-Your own worlds you wishfully desire to have? For example: Lucid Dreams?
My wishful desire is to stay in a lucid dream forever...or at least long enough to die in waking life and join God in heaven.

I kind of just want to reply to this in a condescending manner, but I'll take it seriously.

I suppose so. If you're asking if I've ever considered that solipsism might be true, then yes, but I don't think it's likely.

I don't know what you mean, unique. You mean, everyone else besides me has someone else in the world who shares their DNA and all their experiences? If that's what you mean by unique, then it's highly likely that everyone is unique.

What makes us have perfectly vivid conscious?
If you mean consciousness itself, then I don't know. I do have a problem with how it might have come about. Likely it comes about because of the brain, but I have some issues with the details of that.

Where do we get our thoughts from?
Yes, from things we've experienced, along with the natural dispositions of our brains.

Are dreams visits to bizarre parallel worlds?
They're constructed by our minds. It isn't likely that they're real, as in, actually exist outside of our minds
