Actually, I'm rather curious to hear what you have to say on the matter--because frankly, it IS a bit rediculous.

Fisrt off, there stones not glasses, and were also the same kind of stones instructed by Moses to use in ancient times. You probly say magic glasses because they may serve the perpose to see writings in a different language, but were not "magic glasses" like making it sound like they were some kind of goofy x-ray vision device. But what he was translating was ancient eqyptian characters that he first copied of the plates they were ingraved on, then from that he translated them to english using the Urim and Thummim plus spiritual enlightment.

But this isn't the right topic for this discussion, thats why I really wanted to keep my voice down here. And I dont want to ruin Dark's topic or else she gets like this.

I dont really know what you mean about God working through science. And no we dont believe in a hellfire, thats what Christendom believes. Also we are not closeminded, we always listen to people, we just reason from the scriptures but we always listen to what other people say with understanding. Trust me ive seen them all my life. Also we are anything than beligerent. Our organization doesnt even fight in wars or bear arms, and we remain politically neutral.

Don't they interpret the bible always in a very negative - the end time is coming - way? I hear them talk about a cloud that'll appear on the last day of the world .. and they'll be saved ... I also heard they give a lot of money to their church... I had a grandma trying to get me into reading those magazine's when I was working .. she was really just coming out of her house to try to get me into it .. she couldn't even walk right .. weird.
They have this temple in my hometown, too ... there live like 2000 people in this town .. and the JW got a temple here ... and I mean, they call it TEMPLE ...

we beleive that this WORLD is coming to an end, not the earth, and we dont view it negatively at all.

Yeah, i dont know if its wrong for us to do that, but i dont see why not, i practice it and stuff, i dont find any way that it could be wrong, and i told my dad and he isnt a fan of it, cuz he used to do it and he hated SP and he didnt have the internet so he hates it, but yeah i dont think its wrong
