If your definition of God is "everything", then this makes sense. But to me a god would be a being with great power, capable of forging planets and shit like that, so no, I don't agree with your view. |
|
Ah yes that is quite a common interpretation of 'god'. God being 'everything' in a way. |

yes, that is the omnipresent God, consciouss and living! seperation is an illusion. you should look into the I AM presence, or the christ consciousness |
|
That's what I believe, God is everything and everything is God. God is just energy that lies in everithing that is existing. Yeah..... |
|
This makes sense, its just hard to explain because it is an experience that is happening. Separation is an illusion, indeed, and it is a mental thing. There can be no absolute separation because then nothing would relate to each other. Once you realize within yourself that separation is only relative to the perspective one has, it frees you in a way. |

ars sine scientia nihil
The laws of the universe and beyond are about everything (like the M-theory and such), they aren't fixed. It too is infinity. Pure 'science', something we can never reach perhaps, since we are limited by ourselves, is infinite. Not like Christians/religious people can reach their own infinity, just try to grasp it, try to grasp their god. Science is as infinite as religion. Science just happens to be a bit, quite a bit, more consistent then religion. |

It was me that never showed much respect for her beliefs, because she is a I-just-know Christian (like just about all). What I like about the topic starters viewpoint is that it has way less absolutistic self-proclaimed 'certainties'. She is just trowing out some ideas, some hypothesis. All I hear from juroara is 'blablaJesusblablaGodBlablamythsblablaBibleblablaOh-I-Saw-A-magical-Unicorn-So-They-Existblabla. |
