My first thought would be "maybe they know something we dont", with an excited smile. I wouldn't be making assumptions about A, B or C until after id heard their reasoning .

As do I, RooJ. I agree.

Plus it depends on if they'd be here to destroy humanity like in hollywood films. (They probably wouldn't...what'd be there reason?...oh yeah, cause humanity is going down the toilet anyway.)

I'd say they're probably a lot like humans.

I would ask them what kind of proof they have about god. (assuming they speak english)

Then I would ask them how the fuck they made it to our planet and how much a spaceship of theirs would cost

I'd also ask if they had any proof rather than taking their word on it. Just because they have higher tech doesn't make them necessarily right. Look at how far in tech we've come while most people still believe in god(s).

      WOW

You are seeking DESPERATE measures to argue creationism, aren't you?

Probably, that kind of Aliens would be very good at being productive, technologically, inside their own world. They would only have seen their earth was round, after they took off from it with a spaceship. There would not have been a Galileo, once they saw the earth might be round, they stopped looking.

That would be the only way an alien race with spaceships could believe in creationism: If the desire NOT to think freely was deeply set into their brains.

I would say to them "Cool that you have a god! We don't have one here on Earth."

I'd think that the aliens are "stupid", at least in a way by being brainwashed like humans. Depends how much "proof" they'd have. Knowledge and intelligence doesn't mean they would act accordingly, we have us as an example.

Assimilation of natural resources. Why do humans kill each other when we colonize new areas?

If aliens from outer space ever come and we show them our civilization and they make fun of it, we should say we were just kidding, that this isn't really our civilization, but a gag we hoped they would like. Then we tell them to come back in twenty years to see our REAL civilization. After that, we start a crash program of coming up with an impressive new civilization. Either that, or just shoot down the aliens as they're waving good-bye.
