What makes you think the aliens we may find are even intelligent. If you know anything about space and time, you would know that the chances of us finding anything other than small bacteria is improbible.

If somehow intelligent aliens had the ability to warp space and time in order to travel to other galaxcys, I doubt they would even give our tiny planet a first glance.
