Nothing makes him boss. You cannot bend people under your rule against their will by using strenght and fear. Not at least all of them. Might is not "right", it is merely way, it does not hold any moral values.

Ignoring them is better than hate. No emotion is better than negative emotion. Amirite?

I wouldn't say that ignoring is no emotion. It is a very cruel thing when you are being ignored. Even when you are pointing plain hate towards someone you are acknowledging that they are worth of your hate.

If you are not even worth of person's hate, you are really being ignored. That can sting bad.

Firstly, according to Machiavelli or however you say it, fear is the best way to rule a population. If you're going to disagree with a father of fascism then I just don't know what to say to you.

Fulfilling someones orders in fear is the most pathetic thing I can think of. Same is respect that is based on fear.

Fear is "the best way" to rule because most of the people can be scared to death quite easily. There is, however, always group of people who don't agree with the iron fist ruling and the ruler will have to deal with constant guerilla opposition.

I was refering to the might is right thing. People tend to take a higher moral ground because they happen to have more power or capability than others. Like Hume's guillotine. Even if you have power you have no right or justification to use it to subdue others.

But as we all have probably noticed if people don't have justified reason to act like they do they invent up something funny to justify their acts.

Quite big generalisation. Not all of them were picked their entire lives or even picked. Ignoring can be as bad as constant picking. Not being accepted to social groups or being ignored and left alone is just as bad, maybe even worse.
