First of all, I know this thread is slightly off-topic, but I just couldn't find a better place to put it.
So, anyway, most people who have the book Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming have probably heard about the Lucidity Institute, which is currently in California. I have ambitions to work there when I get out of college, but I don't know much about it. First of all, can you even make money there, or is it a non-profit organization? I don't know if the people who help there are paid or not. Also, what kinds of things are done there? I know that experiments are conducted and the like, but what do they really work on on a daily basis? Is the Lucidity Institute a small organization located within another building, or does it have a building of its own?

I know some of these questions may sound a little stupid, but I really don't know very much about the Lucidity Institute. Lastly, if you can't make a living there, where could I go to earn a fair wage researching lucid dreaming, if anywhere at all? Thanks!
