I've been rather curious about a few things pertaining to DILDing. So this is the big question.
Are there certain things you can do before sleep (other than the well known, I'm thinking more outside the box) that can increase your dreaming (lucid or otherwise) experience?
I will try a different technique every week. Daily updates with weekly conclusions as well as a hypothesis for the next trial.
