Greetings, mortals.
I will be attempting to get to 3 Lucid dreams a week, in a month as of today.
The way I will be doing that is:
-10 hours sleep every night (some exceptions, one a week max hopefully)
-No masturbation. At. All.
-DJ entry every day (haven't been doing that lately)
-Incubation and WBTB (maybe attempt my WILD technique) every night
-ADA as much as possible
-Aware RC's as much as possible
If you guys want to join me on this LD booster, feel free. I will be updating every day. If this is successful, I might extend it to two months, and make this my official LD booster technique.
