it is now 12:31 AM, pacific standard time. I read a few of my old DV posts, then watched some porn, then played some skill games. I don't feel noticeably tired, so so far so good. My next post will be in 30 minutes. |

this experiment is to research the effectiveness of sleep deprivation as a lucid aid. I will be depriving myself of one full night of sleep. The following day, at noon, i will nap for 2 hours, then that night i will wake up after 6 hours , stay awake for an 30 min or so, then attempt SSILD or WILD to see if i can get a nice, long, and stable lucid. |

phase 2 is a 2-hour nap at noon to shrug off a bit of deep sleep, so that in phase 3(tomorrow, err... tonight) I have something more closely approaching a normal sleep schedule, just with lengthened REM. |
