Well last night showed some promising results. I had the same settings regarding the frequencies and Htz. I used a Mindfold sleep mask to block out all light. I noticed that this helped bring the HI's allot sooner. I was also very very close from entering a dream where I had left off but didnt quite make it. I have to say that entering lucids from this state has been a difficult task but last night was the closest I've come. I'll keep plugging away! |
