Well, I want to test the idea that the last thing you think of you dream about, or that the things before you sleep determine outcome of dream. Also I want to test a new technique however I need some people.
To do this you need a dream journel or good recall. Thats all, you don't need to know how to visualize or WILD.
So I want everyone who does this to think the same thought before they go to sleep that is, my door is open. Do this when you normally wild or attempt to lucid dream and then begin to think my door is open, repeat doing this untill you fall asleep. You have to make this as realistic as you can, that means pretending your going to get up and go and close the door, you can also imagine a door open(well this is not really needed).
Well, I hope you understand. I have noticed that I LD if I need to get up and goto school, I think it because your more alert. If you left the door open you would be extremely alert, as you would need to close it. I wonder if the stituation itself would make you lucid, also you might dream of shutting a door and this could make you lucid.
Saying that all I need to know is if people dream of a door. I once looked at my book before sleep and found it was written in the dream three times, I wonder if your dream has more doors or something or you notice them more.
Well, if you do this then tell me if you dreamt more about doors. Also post the bit with the doors in. Also, if you give up and go back to sleep then I take this as a failed attempt, however if you still dream of doors then tell me. Okay that is it, anybody?
Also don't be thinking about the consequences of the door being open, like robbers coming into your house e.t.c. Just think my door is open.
