A topic I had to bring up. One of the first contraints I had in mind when chosing to pink a polyphasinc sleep schedule was the complications with Lucid Dreaming. On my studying over the topic, however, I found that Polyphasic sleepers often reported having vivid dreams in their naps. This would be explained by their body changing their sleep pattern, making REM sleep come soon when sleeping. This is, of course, apart from a great vividness enhacer, a great step for WILDing.

I decided to take on Everyman's sleep schedule, since Uberman wouldn't fit my routine for now: my activities vary on the day, making naps at a specific time impossible. The Everyman schedule, however, allows a 1h range in every direction on nap times, which means it can suit my routine. I would liek to change to Uberman when I'm on vacation, though.

I have no diagnosis so far, since I just started my polyphasic sleeping behaviour, but I'd like to study the effects of such sleep patterns on lucidity.

I also invite you to keep track of my progress through my polyphasic sleep schedule. I will post my success, experiences, as wel as lucidity rates in there.

So, what has polyphasic sleep done to your lucidity rates? Or, what do you think it would do? Any account on the topic is apreciated.
