My old schedule was three 2-3 hour naps spaced about evenly during the day, and then a few quick 15 minute naps where appropriate. I have huge success WILDing during naps. I would always try to sleep with the lights on, and I would mix up my sleeping location. Outside, at a friend's house, in my studio, at home, on a bench.
I have to agree with Alban about getting a little mixed up. Between false awakenings and always sleeping in different places, I got very confused. I wish I had the time to go back to a schedule like this.
