Sleep Positions and Lucidity
Currently Closed - study under review

Overview
I'm interested in the relationship between sleep positions and lucidity -- mainly the question, "does the way you sleep effect your dreams/lucidity?" Many people think that sleeping on your back is the best way to achieve lucidity, but this may not be true -- and i will find out in this study! Though this may just be a survey, i do plan to test these positions.

Please participate; it'll give everyone a chance to be more comfortable when dreaming!

The Positions
I will be using the six positions BBC described as sleep positions related to personality. Namely, these positions:

The Questions
Please fill out this questionnaire:

The positions: Foetus, Log, Yearner, Soldier, Freefaller, Starfish (see above)

Part 1: SLEEP POSITIONS:
1.) What position do you regularly fall asleep in, regardless of lucidity?
-1a) Do you dream?
-1b) Are you lucid?
2.) When trying to become Lucid, what position do you usually fall asleep in?
-2a) Do you dream?
-2b) Are you lucid?
3.) Have you ever tried another position to become Lucid?
-3a) What position?
-3b) Were you successful?

Part 2: RECALL:
1.) In your regular sleeping position, do you usually have good recall?
-1a) About how many dreams per week do you recall, Lucid or not?
2.) In your "Lucid" sleep position, do you usually have good recall?
-2a) About how many intentional lucid dreams per week do you recall?
3.) If you have tried another position to become lucid, how good was your recall?
-3a) If you regularly do this, how many dreams per week do you recall?

Thank you for being a part of this!
