      milk chocolate is useless in terms of inducing lds, doesn't have any anti-oxidants like dark choc.

      I'll give this a try myself see if it works

      don't eat too much Mes, hehe i can just picture you right now eating a bar of hersheys dark choc with chocolate stains on your lips

      Dang!

      No wonder this didn't work for me the first time. I was using milk chocolate.

      Dark chocolate is nasty though - blegh. But I suppose if it's for the sake of science I'll just have to suck it up.
