Dreaming is healthy for you and your memory

I found this pretty amazing and worth a mention here

Dreaming can help to increase your memory

So if regular dreaming is such a healthy exorcise that the human body does naturally, i wonder how Lucid Dreaming adds to that.

      "MementoMori, the lucid machine"

"There's nothing better than knowing what it's like to fly like superman. Being fully aware of the air whipping by you, controlling every movement of every single atom in your body with a single thought. It's real freedom, and there's not a word good enough to describe it, so I'll just call it dreamy for now."

Very nice, great find. Pretty interesting explanation as well with the idea that the prefrontal cortex analyzes the problem and the hippocampus stores them. One thing though, if the cortex analyzes the problem, how could you don't become lucid because if I'm not mistaken, louie had a thread that it gets deactivated during sleep? My guess is that it must be some part that's deactivated but everything is working perfectly fine
