      Day 3, 4 & 5:
      @ Went to bed at around 12:00
      @ Woke up at around 6:30-7:00am
      .. @ No dream recall unfortunately, so, can't tell if I've had an LD

      Thoughts: Not much luck the last couple of nights due to several changes specifically sleeping in a different bed and being exhausted as well. I've been picking up on my RCing lately and since I'm back home(I was out of town the last 2 days), I'll be able to get my recall back up starting today along with the possibility of having an LD or two

      @ Went to bed at around 11:30pm
      @ Woke up at around 10:30am
      .. @ Recalled part of a dream and almost another
      .... @ Unfortunately, can't remember any LDs

      Thoughts: Like the last couple of nights, I have been waking up before 4 in the morning and then going back to sleep. I think this might be due to the 7 day thing, but, I'm uncertain at the moment, although, it is getting annoying since I'm supposed to wake up in a dream not RL and its disrupting my sleep. I did sleep in today but considering I was lacking sleep the last couple of days, I had to make up some of it if I plan to stick to my schedule of sleeping from 10-6

      Thoughts: hmm, I'm starting to wonder if my dream recall is the reason that I can't remember any LDs, but, since I'm working on that, nothing more I can do

      Thoughts: This is getting to be a trend. If this continues for a couple more days, I plan to call this little experiement a failure. There are some factors that I didn't take into account and I'm not sure that I'm still on schedule so to speak, so, there would be no point in trying if I'm not

      Thoughts: Pretty interesting night. I finally had an LD and I think it occurred sometime from 4:30-6am although I am not too sure about that. This could be due to my CAT or just awareness but again no clue on my part since I missed some parts of it. Hopefully, I'll be as lucky tonight with more control of course

      Thoughts: My meditation experience was interesting, so, those who wants to read it, it's in my sig. Didn't remember any dreams or LDs, so, nothing last night. Maybe tonight

      Since my sleeping schedule has changed sporadically, this means that I can't continue this project and will have to restart it again. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to do that and so this project will be suspended. Thanks for understanding and for all those who have been watching this project. It wouldn't have went far without the support

      Tried this week ago.

      Hi guys!

      Tried this week ago... Well, three weeks ago was the first week... Had one short LD: "Hey, this is a dream! Now stay calm or you will lose it... just think of... umm... what... Darn!", and woke up.

      Anyway, does the RCs every 5 min mean RCs every 5 min? I mean EVERY 5 min or every 5 min during the 90 min period at the morning? I did the morning RCs and randomly during the day and messed up the going to bed timing, so I'm restarting the CAT today.

      Also, what if you wake up by yourself before your alarm goes off? Should you go to bed later?

      My recall crashed at first (as it did this morning as well), but then it began to "settle" for the new cycle. That was weird and interesting.
      The Dream World is calling and I think it is a collect call.

      oops, missed this Thanks, well, the worst part was that I started to wake up at 4:30 in the morning and couldn't get back to sleep easily, so, I think if I try it again, I would make sure to only do the waking up part for 5-6 days because waking up is defeating the purpose of the experiment

      Well, I wasn't timing when I did it. I just did an RC every once in a while during the 90min time. You can still do RCs during the day though. Well, since, you are cutting your sleep, it's less likely you would wake up before the alarm goes off, assuming you are talking about the 90min deprivation week. It was an interesting experiement because it means that you can train yourself to wake up at a specific time without an alarm clock which could come in handy

      I've been RCing about every 5 min during the whole day! I have a watch with countdown timer, so I kept that going most of the day, except in the office, even though my co-worker knows about my LDing/CAT experiment.

      Yeah, I wake up 20 to 40 minutes before the alarm goes off. I mark those times on my dream journal just in case. At least I can count back the 90 mins. Only if you could wake up into a dream before the alarm goes off...
