yep that's a dude... the adams apple gives it away if you weren't completely sure. Also since the person's ankles are a lot thicker than their neck, I would say this is a pic of more than one person. Looking closer, seems maybe it was composed of 3 or 4 different people... Gotta love photoshop

Women have adams apples too. Its just that on most women you can't see them. I went to highschool with a girl who had one that was visible and I am sure that it was a she.

adams apples are formed from enlarged thyroid cartilage. It is caused by the larger amounts of testosterone in men than in women. Yes women have thyroid cartilage too, but it is not noticeable in most women. A few women do have high testosterone levels, in which case their thyroid cartilage may become enlarged, just as a few men to have high estrogen levels and may have enlarged breasts.

That aside, the head of the figure is obviously a man, and to me the whole figure also obviously appears to be a composite of more than one person. I could be wrong about that, but the body proportions are too far off to have likely come from a single person.
