Tell about... are you one of the know-it-alls; the list

There are several people here on DV that are expert in political, scientific, and social knowledge.

if you are one of them; please self nominate.

I want to know who to ask when I have questions.

      You can only nominate yourself.

It would be better to ask others who they got good information from. Everyone thinks they are an expert.

Unless you're an expert on non-expertise.

I heard there's a forum around here where you can ask questions, and have these self-proclaimed experts respond without you having to know who they are initially

Except you can't distinguish from the experts and the pseudoexperts ^^

      I'm an expert, full stop.

      I am not an expert.

To be an expert I must know everything.

To work in science is to learn continuously.

Therefore I will always be learning, thuis never knowing all, thus not being an expert at anything.

Because there is always more to know and all being an "expert" does is give you an inferiority complex.

      OMG Bravo!

That's very wise stuff. Especially the Inferiority Complex thing.

I'm an expert at giving people bad advice and screwing up their lives. I like to ponder over these "victories" in a nice warm bath, glass of brandy and a pipe.

      I won't lie.

I am a no-it-all to an extent outside of DV.

I think i'm a whole lot nicer on DV than I am in person.

I love the irony: telling everyone that you cannot realistically be a know-it-all, while subverting the latter by delivering it in a classic know-it-all style; you really make me sick.

Lol psychology student, I don't mean to be an ass, I never had any conflicts with you, and you seem to be a generally nice person, but, sincerely, your posts always made me sick. I even reckon they don't suit your username.

I don't think he was doing it in a know-it-all style, I think he was just being reasonable. If being reasonable is being a know-it-all is another thing.
