      Making Beignets

      SO worth the effort:

      Step 1. Roll out beignet dough to 1/8 inch, then section into squares:



      Step 2. Fry them in batches, at 350 degrees F, turning once, until golden brown:



      Step 3. Cool on a wire rack:



      Step 4. Dust with confectioner's sugar, and enjoy heavenly bliss:

      You know they make printable baking paper somewhere...you could actually print out a picture and stick it on there.

      oh dude yeah i do the same

      except i buy pre-made wonton skins from the grocery store... i make like 60 at a time and like suffocate them in crac... i mean powdered sugar
