Ahh frank was a musical genius , and some of his stuff i cant help but laugh at .

Actually, the hardest thing you can do to thump your liver and your pancreas is to eat pure simple carbohydrates. Simple sweet carbos are actually poison-- would send the body into diabetic shock! it takes the liver and pancreas secreting as many anti-toxins as they can possibly produce in or to simply keep one marginally alive after eating just a slice of pie. If forced into this extra duty day after day, night after night, year after year, then it comes as no surprise that one or the other organ cannot keep up and one falls into either Diabetes type one or type two, depending on which vital organ one wiped out.

It is better to develop a taste for complex carbohydrates -- the liver and the pancreas are better able to keep up with with the slower absorption of sugars.
