I am a very big Incubus fan myself, pretty much the biggest I know, so I could possibly help you out there myself blissfull....

First of all a megalomaniac is someone who thinks too much of themselves, who is obsessed with himself and has delusions of greatness. That pretty much explains the quote in LC's sig. The song is a critic to all people who share this characteristic, but specially to president bush. It doesn't say so explicitly but he is featured in the video, which shows a lot of images of what is going on in the world and compares Bush to Hitler. It is a very harsh political stand, in my opinion.

Anyway, it is from their new album and although it is great music, I personally enjoy much more their work in previous albums, S.C.I.E.N.C.E being my favorite one, and others such as Make Yourself and Morning View. The older ones are also great, although maybe some songs too chaotic for my taste. I really like almost all their work and would really recommend that you to listen to it when you get the chance.

I never heard of the group Incubus until I came to this website and asked Lower Case about it. Incubus, according to mythology, is an evil spirit who rapes woman at night and I remember asking him what that was all about and then he set me straight. Wow, I don't believe this. I thought I was the only person in the universe with a Hate List. I started it about 5 years ago and have about 1800 items on it. Heehee you think you are big Incubus fan Lowercase society...naw my fiance has you beat. Actually we met them when they were in Toronto the last time they were in Toronto. Also in January they were in town doing some promotion and we had a wickedly cold storm this past winter. The fiance decides he's going to book off work, he waited in the cold -30 degrees celcius temp in front of MuchMusic....for 9 HOURS!! He was suppose to be let in but since he's 28, he didn't fit the "demographics" that MM wanted in the house. But he stayed and watched the whole show and the next day he went and met a couple of them at a local radio station. That and I think he either knows or has at least attempted most of their songs on guitar. K I'm done now.

oh yeah and the boys from Incubus are short, especially Mike!

Hey Truthbearer - If it makes you feel better I made a total ass out of myself when I got a chance to talk to Brandon. His tattoos look really cool up close. I like tattoos in general, I am not a Brandon groupie or anything. Brandon's voice is pretty cool, and they put on a really good show the night we saw them. They did this crazy drum session in the middle of a song, where Brandon, Ben and Jose all played drums the song was "Vitamin".

I just couldn't get over Mike, I love the fro! But seriously his body and hands are so small I don't get how he can do all the crazy stretches across the chords.
