well, seeing as we have a thread for the intoxicated, i figured we should have one for the devastated y'know, get the other perspective. i'm usually not around a computer while drinking, and when i get home after a night out, i'm in no condition to type... so, last night i drank copious amounts of beer, and among other things slid down a metal stair railing and flew into a large bush. which proceeded to give me three moderately deep gashes around 5 inches long on my lower back. brain no work today. drinking bad.

losing fifty bucks in drunken blackjack, drinking the point where i have to sit in a stall of the bathroom in a club playing horrible fucking music until i puke my brains out, walking an ungrateful girl that is the friend of a friend home two kilometers to her friend's house so that she doesn't get raped by the guy she picked up at the club after earlier telling us how stupid one-night-stands are, and then walking another two kilometers to my house all seems like a much worse idea now that it feels like my brain is hemmorhaging

Okay, some basic advices: Alcohol isn't directly responsible for headaches, but rather because it speeds up dehydration. The lack of sugar is also another factor--> Thus the body lacks water and sugar, and the brain reacts the way it does. So if you want to avoid terrible headaches, drink a a lot of juice (cranberry is the best) before going to sleep. I never have headaches and i'm quite a drinker... so trust me

To my surprise it was awesome. Also had this drink called Absolute Stress for the 1st time. Apparently I thought that was awesome too.....I had 8 of them. At 3am I was praying to the forces beyond me to save me from the misery that was Absolute Stress.....the "forces" never heard me. I feel horrible. Its my own fault.

Hahaha. Nature's all-purpose remedy. But yeah, I'm in the same boat, but I think it was mainly the Jager shots I was enticed into taking at my friend's little gathering last night.
