Reality Check

yeah...I didn't know where else to put it so I'm putting it here PLEASE DON'T HURT ME ok yeah so anyway Last night my mother was doing my hair and I fell asleep. When I woke up she was done so I stood up to go and get in my bed. When I stood up I looked at the TV and it had anderson cooper on it talking about the war and this is what the TV said : IRAQ : REALITY CHECK ...yeah I did about 10 reality checks and then, once I'd sustained that I was definitely NOT dreaming, I began to giggle hysterically. My mother rushed me to bed

Oh, I reality check several times whenever I hear "reality check," too (I've also seen it on the news!). And whenever I read the word "lucid" in writing. And whenever I hear friends talking about dreams. It's helped me once so far.
