      It can mean smoking weed right when you wake up. It can also mean going to sleep high, and first thing you wake up you get high.

      Being stoned during the day on a weekday can be an anxiety attack. Somebody might knock on your door or call you with important business or something, and you don't want to be a bumbling and paranoid moron when that happens.
