      Xbox Customer Service Sucks Nuts

      It's true.

      Very true.

      I hate those mother fuckers. My Xbox live account got stolen on the 21st, and they are still giving me the run around about it. I'm giving em untill the 21st, and then I'm atom bombing, for real.

      Did you just realize this? I always hear people talking about how it took a month to send a new xbox, then it still didn't work.

      I don't know about the xbox live problem, but when my unit had a problem, I sent it out and got it back within 3 days, and they paid all the postage.

      really? my friend roger had a broken XBox and it took them two months to manage to ship it to texas, then they lost it and had to send him a new one, and that was broekn and he had to send it back to texas and finally got it back and it turns out that his first XBox just needed some simple thing done to it.

      xBox customer service sucks!

      When my console broke, it wasn't a big deal. I enjoyed their promptness then. But it seems when anything more than a little problem happens, it takes them ages to figure it out, and don't share any information with the customer.

      Sony's customer support is alot better. It took them three weeks to replace my Ps2 but it took Microsoft two months to replace my XB360!

      That's because sony just gives you a new one, where microsoft tries to repair the Xbox if it isn't damaged beyond repair.

      MS did actually give me a new box, which is maybe why I got it back so soon (about 5 days total). I guess mileage varies greatly here.

      I was fairly happy with the phone service, I have to admit. The guy I talked to seemed to actually have English as his first language!

      My console has just died, but intermittently works and because of this they said they wont fix it! I had a right fucking go at them on the phone because it only works like 20% of the time!! What good is that! Bunch of Monkeys! Bring on the PS3!!

      Your console died but it works intermittenly? They have to replace it. Call them up, tell them your Xbox is getting the three-red-lights, etc etc etc. Leave out the part about it working sometimes.

      I was on the phone today about my stolen account (which is still being investigated 30 days later) and the guy goes "So, what's your favorite game?"

      I'm like... "Uhm, no game, considering my Xbox Live account is stolen and I haven't been able to play for the past 30 days."

      I just leave my xbox on all the time now lol - Has been on for the past 4 days. Needs to practice Guitar Hero this week as going to a mates this weekend and need to be good lol

      lucky! my friend and I spent three hours on the damn phone discussing why we had to send it to seattle, new york, kansas, back to colorado THEN to texas.

      it was so damn frustrating! my friend ended up driving his Xbox to texas.
